What is Wrong???

Well I thought this app was ok… Was not lovable but likable. But now it wont show the right placements of the muscles. All the images are pixalated and wont genarate right. I have the latest macbook pro with 8GB of ram.

2.6GHz Intel Core i7 Processor.

Yet its not working????
